Certified Master Pilates Trainer/Owner ~ Paula Coates
Paula has been teaching the Pilates method for over 17 years and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is a certified 2nd generation Pilates teacher and Lolita San Miguel Pilates master. This makes her part of an elite group of Pilates teachers because Lolita San Miguel is 1 of only 2 Pilates elders who were ever personally certified by Joseph Pilates himself.
Paula is always continuing her own training and has earned over 30 certifications and certificates in Pilates and yoga since her graduation from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. She is also a nationally certified yoga teacher, TRX certified and most recently in 2018 a certified and licensed YUR Back instructor. In addition to Lolita San Miguel, Paula has studied with some of the most talented modern Pilates teachers in the world including Mary Bowen, Alan Herdman, Madeline Black, Julian Littleford, Marie-Jose Blom, Elizabeth Larkem, Brent Anderson, Amy Alpers, Troy McCarty, Karen Clippinger, and Kelly Kane.
Truly passionate about her work, Paula has an innate ability to see what her clients need at each session, and uses an integrative approach with Pilates, biomechanics, and yoga to move the body accordingly. She works with doctors and physical therapists to help people with back problems, scoliosis, mastectomies, neurological disorders and various other issues, and also trains athletes and those who want to have a stronger core and more aligned body. Paula helps her clients achieve these goals through consistency and dedication to form and alignment. Her clients show her the amazing possibilities of the human body every day.

Kristin Melotte ~ Certified Pilates Trainer/Instructor
Kristin Melotte is a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor who received her training through Balanced Body University in 2016. Kristin has been immersed in the world of mind-body movement for over nine years. With 23 years of dance experience, Kristin found her passion for Pilates while completing her BA in Dance and Spanish at University of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Kristin is also a huge barre addict and teaches her own flare of Barre with Springs and Floor Barre!
Kristin studies the body’s miraculous ability to provide flexibility and muscle memory. She endeavors to create an ease in movement patterning for all ages, abilities and backgrounds. She concentrates on re-patterning muscles to provide strength, length and tone. Kristin is thoughtful to detail and creates focused variations for clients who have undergone injury, surgery or have chronic pain. She is deeply passionate about movement and enjoys sharing the limitless world of Pilates with others.
