Trainer ~ Gwen Fitch
Gwen became a massage therapy professional in 2003 because helping others manage their pain and feel good was the direction she wanted her career to take. Soon thereafter, she started Pilates training to build her endurance to compensate for the long hours of massage. Realizing that massage and Pilates were a natural fit for both her and her clients, she became a PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified instructor in 2005.
Gwen’s comprehensive Pilates training program through Core Conditioning in Studio City, California centered on the classical Pilates method with a focus on physical therapy applications. Since completing her training, Gwen has worked with people from all backgrounds, all ages, and all fitness levels, primarily with rehab patients in a physical therapy setting. Her specialties are women pre and post natal, people recovering from injuries or surgeries, and those dealing with chronic pain. Gwen’s attention to detail and alignment, a dedication to the Pilates method, and her desire to help people alleviate pain make her an instructor who will not only help you get fit, but also help you feel better.
Recently relocated to Green Bay from Los Angeles, Gwen is looking forward to working with bCentered and getting to know her new community.
